This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year at Mercer High School. Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Speech and Language Specialist certification
• Highly developed skills in assessment of students speech needs
• Highly developed skills in consultation with staff regarding those needs
• Highly developed skills in preparation of written reports
• Highly developed skills in communicating effectively with students and parents
• Highly developed skills in developing and implementing services designed to promote positive adjustment and effective learning
• SEMI logging experience required
• Required criminal history background check
• Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Must be NJ resident within one year from date of hire
