About The Position

At The Arc Lexington, our Speech and Language Pathologists (SLPs) are more than clinicians – They are leaders, educators, and advocates who make a lasting difference. In this role, you'll not only evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders but also empower others by sharing your expertise with staff across our programs. Through your guidance, training, and compassionate care, you'll help ensure that every person we support has the opportunity to express themselves, connect with others, and thrive.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited institution of learning.
  • Current license to practice as a SLP in the State of New York or be a current Clinical Fellow working towards completed certification.
  • Must have a valid NYS driver's license and have your own transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
