This position is based in Burke County and operates as part of a multidisciplinary team at the Morganton/Hickory Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA). The CDSA is a local lead agency for the ITP, a federally mandated program under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), serving children birth to 3 with or at risk for developmental disabilities, and their families. The CDSA is the primary entry point for referrals, responsible for interdisciplinary developmental evaluation, eligibility determination, service coordination, and consultation to service providers.
