About The Position

The Ivy Street School, a program of MAB Community Services, is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are a year-round, private residential special education school serving neurodiverse adolescents and young adults (ages 13–22) with autism, developmental disabilities, and complex learning needs. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Massachusetts SLP License
• CCC-SLP or eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Nice To Haves

• School, residential, or transition-age experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 6–12 students
• Complete speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop IEP goals, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, clinicians, residential staff, and families
• Lead classroom push-in groups and support residential communication programming
• Participate in IEP meetings, treatment team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Support school-wide bullying prevention education and student programming
• Maintain documentation and student progress records
• Participate in department meetings, supervision, and professional development
