About The Position

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic. Children thrive when the right support meets the right moment. We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) to join our growing outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, developmental disabilities, feeding disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
Passion for helping children and families thrive

Nice To Haves

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred
Experience with autism spectrum disorder, AAC, feeding therapy, or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric speech therapy evaluations and treatment
Support speech, language, communication, AAC, feeding, and social-pragmatic development
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, psychologists, educators, and behavioral health professionals
Build meaningful relationships with children and families
Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on helping children thrive
