Requirements
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement.
- Experience working with students with disabilities.
- Strong IEP writing, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide resource instruction to 4th grade students with disabilities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct student assessments and monitor progress.
- Modify curriculum and instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents.
- Maintain student documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations.
