About The Position

Narda-MITEQ is seeking a former U.S. military professional with hands-on Electronic Warfare experience to support U.S. defense customers. This role is 100% focused on Narda Safety Test Solutions spectrum-monitoring, interference-hunting, and radio direction-finding solutions. In this customer-facing position, you will collaborate directly with military users, operational stakeholders, program teams, and industry partners to understand mission needs and demonstrate practical solutions in the field.

Requirements

  • Prior U.S. military service, ideally in EW, EMSO, ISR, SIGINT, ELINT, CEMA, spectrum management, or tactical communications.
  • Operational credibility and the ability to brief, train, and demonstrate equipment to military users.
  • Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, monitoring receivers, SDRs, RF sensors, direction-finding systems, or comparable mission equipment.
  • Practical understanding of RF, antennas, propagation, interference, and the electromagnetic operating environment.
  • BS in engineering is preferred but not required.
  • Typically, 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain security clearance.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must be a "U.S. person" as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience at Sergeant First Class (E-7) level or above is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, military training, technical training, certifications, and directly relevant experience may be considered based on the candidate's overall qualifications.
  • Relevant military training, technical schools, certifications, and demonstrated field experience are valued.
  • Mission experience, operational credibility, and the ability to connect technology to the needs of military users and operational stakeholders are particularly important to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the U.S. defense market for SignalShark by identifying operational units, programs, integrators, and mission partners where spectrum monitoring, RF detection, and direction finding can solve emerging EW requirements.
  • Build relationships with Army, Joint, SOCOM, National Guard, test organizations, laboratories, and defense integrators to create opportunities for SignalShark demonstrations, evaluations, exercises, and experimentation events.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer meetings, demonstrations, evaluations, operational exercises, and mission-focused engagements.
  • Plan and deliver hands-on demonstrations and mission briefings for Army, DoD, government, and defense-industry users.
  • Translate operational requirements and CONOPS into practical system configurations, workflows, and use cases.
  • Support spectrum awareness, signal detection, interference hunting, RF analysis, and radio direction finding.
  • Collaborate with sales on customer engagements, technical evaluations, proposals, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Travel throughout the United States and internationally to support demonstrations, training events, exercises, customer deployments, and operational support requirements.
