About The Position

This position assists department supervisors by performing various activities including schedule coordination, general supervision of Specimen Technicians, and providing input for performance reviews and disciplinary actions. The Group Leader typically leads a team of 8-12 employees, participates in process and compliance audits, and may perform other duties as assigned. Priority consideration is given to internal candidates.
