Precision Diagnostics is a fast-growing clinical laboratory specializing in drug testing to help physicians monitor patients undergoing treatment for pain or substance abuse. Requirements

Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license.
Must have current auto insurance coverage.
Must have successful completion of a motor vehicle record check.
Basic computer literacy (software and hardware) and ability to learn new computer/technology skills.

High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.

Prior experience a plus!
In-depth knowledge of specimen collection techniques and procedures.
Advanced understanding of preventing personal exposure to bio-hazards and infection prevention measures.
Specimen collection protocols.
In-depth knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment best practices.
Prior patient experience (examples may include Specimen collection, phlebotomist, medical assistant, nurse’s aide, healthcare technician, nursing students).

Provide a frictionless patient experience.
Ensure accurate and timely order entry and collection process.

Collect and process laboratory specimens (oral, urine, and/or blood) according to established procedures.
Ensure accuracy of data entry.
Commit to organizational process improvement efforts.
Maintain a strong commitment to compliance.
Ensure data entry accuracy.
Ensure specimen collection and shipping accuracy.
Facilitate the collection, processing, and shipping of laboratory specimens.
Perform accurate data collection and entry pertinent to laboratory orders and testing.
Stay up to date with Precision policies and procedures.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations.
Maintain neat, clean, and orderly client/work areas.
Maintain hygiene and dress code according to company standards.
Order and maintain inventory of Precision Diagnostics supplies per policy.
Perform direct observation during specimen collection, if required.
Accurately collect, label, verify patient, and ship specimens per policies.
Collect and troubleshoot any missing information at the time of specimen collection.
Identify and ensure accuracy of billing information entry, payment collection when required, and act in alignment with corporate policies.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and compassion when interacting with clients and staff.
Provide an exceptional patient experience that supports the individual and the growth of the organization.
Deliver seamless care that is patient-centered, provider-supportive, and billed accurately for services provided.
