About The Position
The Specific Stop Loss Data Analyst leads data coordination initiatives for primary clients who have stop loss policies outside PBM or other administrators. Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in claims data analysis or operations.
- Analytical background in specific stop loss claims.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Analytics or comparable experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify specific stop loss claimants and prepare data for claim entry.
- Build dashboards and present insights to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
