We’re looking for a driven, patient-focused Specialty Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with specialists (oral surgery, implants, endo, etc.) and play a key role in helping patients understand and move forward with more complex, high-value treatment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through specialty treatment plans with confidence
• Build trust and help patients feel comfortable with advanced procedures
• Coordinate schedules for specialists and keep the schedule productive
• Help patients maximize insurance and understand financial options
• Play a direct role in case acceptance and practice growth
• Present and explain specialty treatment plans clearly
• Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule with specialists
• Verify and optimize insurance benefits
• Reduce outstanding balances through clear financial communication
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch patient experience
