About The Position
Serve as our Specialty Services Technician, executing HVAC preventative maintenance schedules according to established protocols. Routinely replace and change filters as a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to maintain peak facility air quality. Conduct inspections and maintain inventory as an HVAC Specialist to keep equipment downtime to a minimum. Document all daily maintenance tasks and inventory updates accurately.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to follow basic preventative maintenance schedules.
- Physical ability to perform routine filter changes and essential maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and accurate record-keeping.
