About The Position

As a Specialty Services Manager, you will assist with delivering exceptional member experience, drive group training results, and reach financial performance. This means monitoring sales performance against corporate and club objectives and relaying this information down to your team. You are a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to each member’s health journey so that they have a positive MOVATI experience. You will oversee training methods and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect our members personal goals and health concerns. You are also highly organized and driven! You will deliver Personal Training and/or Group sessions and are responsible for achieving Group revenue goals per month through management of schedule and staffing needs. Along with keeping your team organized and on track, you will help oversee the effectiveness of MOVATI Game Plan Sessions. This means ensuring new Club members are booked for their session in a timely manner, and that all sessions are structured and consistent. A Specialty Services Manager is a fun role as you get to change members lives each and every day! Part of this fulfillment is leading and participating in weekly Training & Development meetings and attending leadership calls, so you can best serve your Performance Coaches to do their best and further advance in their role. This role includes a base salary plus eligibility for variable compensation. Variable compensation may include commission related to Performance Coaching services and sales, as well as participation in a monthly incentive plan tied to club revenue performance. Variable compensation is performance-based, not guaranteed, and actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and business results. The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience with demonstrated proficiency in personal training sales
  • 1-2 years’ experience meeting targets
  • 1-2 years’ experience in people management

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of Personal training experience
  • University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and Physical Education is an asset
