About The Position

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members. Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard. Complies with all policies and procedures of company and department. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers. Has complete product knowledge, be able to describe all menu items. Takes and delivers food and beverage orders. Follows and maintains all service standards. Must be able to carry food trays of varying sizes with 30 pounds or more on one tray. Rings items into POS system, accepts payment and reconciles all payments. Makes specific suggestions and recommendations to increase guest check average as defined by management. Follows all safety procedures and maintains work area for a clean and safe environment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Equivalent to a high school education.
2 years minimum table service experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Must understand and speak the English language.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to stand and walk.
Occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Must be able to carry food trays of varying sizes with 30 pounds or more on one tray.
Must have availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
