The Specialty Sales Team Leader role is part of the Specialty Sales team, which consists of specialized consultants who focus on meeting guest needs through strong operations, excellent guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising. This role is within departments such as Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics. The team prioritizes guest experience while also completing tasks to ensure product availability and ease of shopping, including pulling, filling, pricing, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom. This role offers opportunities to gain skills in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (including sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions), planning daily/weekly workload, leading multiple businesses, and leading a team of hourly team members (including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent).
