About The Position

We are looking for a career-minded sales professional with a strong customer service foundation who wants to build advanced technical skills, maximize their earning potential, and explicitly grow into store leadership. While you do not need prior knowledge of specialty batteries or device repair, you must possess a strong desire to learn technical products and a track record of reliability. As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will learn the inner workings of our business with the goal of taking on operational leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–2 years of dedicated retail sales or consultative customer service experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License required (for occasional commercial account interaction).
Full-time availability, including a flexible mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
Strong verbal communication and basic practical math skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly to handle commercial inventory.

Prior knowledge of specialty batteries or device repair

Responsibilities

Engage consumers and commercial B2B customers to diagnose tech needs.
Master specialized product knowledge involving automotive, smart-home, device repair, and key fob programming.
Coordinate technical service workflows with our on-site Technician team.
Take ownership of daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing keyholder responsibilities.
Consistently meet individual sales goals while helping drive total store success.
