About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Specialty Rx Coordinator to join the team! The Specialty Rx Coordinator is responsible for acting as the subject-matter-expert for all teams within the i360 organization in regards to specialty drug programs. They assist in the implementation and ongoing management of our clients' specialty rx strategies in coordination with our pharmacy vendors. Additionally, they help in the resolution of escalated member issues for members who are prescribed high-cost medications.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy or direct patient care setting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care for members taking specialty medications between providers, internal teams, and specialty overlay vendors (stakeholders).
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders to provide status updates and request additional information as needed.
  • Develop helpful documentation to assist in the training and education for stakeholders involved in specialty rx.
  • Clearly document and notate specialty rx inquiries, cases, and escalated issues.
  • Lead implementation calls with specialty rx partners to support new client pharmacy setups.
  • Resolve any assigned HelpDesk tickets or Client Change Requests related to specialty rx.
  • Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command.
  • Provide recurring education and training for internal teams about specialty rx topics.
  • Trains new employees/and cross departmentally as assigned.
  • Explains and demonstrates duties and proper procedures in performing duties.
  • Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with others and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures.
  • Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality.
  • Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters.
  • Performs self-quality monitoring to develop and execute plans to meet established goals.
  • Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance.
