About The Position

This role serves as a key contact for Retailer, SMC (Specialty Multi Channel), and Retailer.com. The position involves managing brand campaign rollouts, coordinating department store notices for product information and program executions, and overseeing event management, including consolidating schedules, booking locations, monitoring reservations, and analyzing event performance. Additionally, the role includes conducting livestream programs on the Retailer's online platform, planning collaborative programs for the DS/SMC channel, arranging advertising exposure (store mailers, DM ads, banners, campaigns, outposts), collecting retailer promotion and competitor direct mail (DM) materials, and checking department store expense deductions.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's Degree or above in business-related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage tight schedules.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Good command of computer skills, including Excel and Word.
