About The Position

The Waldorf Astoria New York is seeking a Specialty Markets Service Manager to manage all aspects of written sales agreements between the hotel and customers for Diplomatic, Middle East, and Entertainment stays, as well as high-profile individual reservations and groups. This role may involve servicing and Food & Beverage related services. The position partners closely with the Director of International Relations, International Sales Director, and Director of Entertainment Sales.

Requirements

• Partner very closely with the Director of International Relations, International Sales Director and Director of Entertainment Sales.
• Manage all aspects of the written sales agreements between hotel and customer for Diplomatic, Middle East and Entertainment stays as well as high profile individual reservations and groups which may require servicing.
• This can include Food & Beverage related service.

• Handle Food & Beverage related service as needed.
• Partner closely with the Director of International Relations, International Sales Director and Director of Entertainment Sales.
