About The Position

WSW Logistics, a dedicated supply chain division of McDonald Companies, is seeking a Night Specialty Driver. McDonald Companies is a fourth-generation, family-owned business serving Wisconsin since 1884, offering commercial real estate development, property management, and private-fleet logistics services. This position offers a night shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record (No at-fault accident in the last 3 years, and no speeding tickets in the last 2 years)
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related violations in the past 5 years
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Move trailers within a 5-mile radius (dock-to-yard spotting)
• Assist with railcar switching and coordination
• Operate front-end loader and other equipment
• Transport rejected materials to the on-site transfer station
• Shuttle customer loads as needed
• Occasional dedicated runs: Green Bay to Marinette
