About The Position
An accelerated growth role for an ambitious professional ready to learn the art of high-stakes commercial banking. You will partner with Senior RMs to manage deal flow and portfolio health, gaining direct exposure to our most sophisticated clients while preparing to manage your own book of business.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related analytical role.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Bankers to prepare pitch materials, financial models, and relationship plans.
- Ensure data integrity across our CRM systems.
- Navigate the complexities of onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation and account opening, ensuring a frictionless experience for the client.
- Act as a tenacious problem solver. When obstacles arise, you find the path forward to keep client requests on track.
- Actively learn the technical nuances of treasury management and deposit structuring to prepare for future advancement.
