About The Position

Caffe Luxxe is seeking friendly, genuine, detail-oriented people for a specialty coffee barista and shift supervisor role in the Montecito/Santa Barbara area. The company is family-owned and operates cafes and a coffee roastery, hand-crafting coffee for its cafes and wholesale customers. Specialty coffee experience is required. Candidates should have a passion for coffee, culinary expression, and luxury products, and a strong desire to grow a career with the company. The position offers opportunities to train for management or work in other parts of the company. The role requires approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work shifts on most days of the week. The company provides a comprehensive training program and a paid working barista apprenticeship. Once fully trained, shift supervisors are expected to average $28–$33 per hour, including hourly pay and tips.
