About The Position

The Specialty Chef for Hotel and Residences is responsible for delivering elevated, personalized culinary experiences across hotel dining outlets and private residential services. This role requires culinary creativity, technical excellence, and a strong service mindset to meet the high expectations of Four Seasons guests and residents.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Specialty Chef or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or residential setting
Strong technical skills and expertise in a specific culinary discipline or cuisine
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Ability to adapt to personalized service demands and changing guest expectations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Culinary certification or formal training is preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute high-quality specialty cuisine for hotel outlets, in-room dining, and residential services
Customize menus to accommodate guest and resident preferences, dietary needs, and special requests
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and flavor aligned with Four Seasons standards
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership on menu development and execution
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Support special events, private dining, and residential culinary experiences
Monitor ingredient quality, portion control, and waste reduction
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
