This role will initially be non-exempt during the training period, making you eligible for overtime. After successful completion of the training program and meet specific criteria, the position will transition to exempt status of a base salary plus sales incentive bonus. The Specialty Sales, Principal Analyst is responsible for driving sales activities directly to customers, including face-to-face and remote interactions. This role aims to assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and develop sales strategies to grow and diversify customer relationships.
