Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required with a thorough knowledge of mixing drinks.
  • You must be a least 21 years of age.
  • Must understand and speak the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months minimum bartending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties to mix and prepare drink orders.
  • Operate the register at point of sale and perform adequate cash transaction to insure balance with POS reporting.
  • Ensure adequate bar stock.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
  • Perform all opening and closing duties.
  • Attend all staff briefings and meetings.
  • Provide friendly, quick and professional service to guests and co-workers.
  • Mix and prepare drink orders, according to Hollywood’s standards, garnish properly.
  • Accurately operates cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepts payment and provides change.
  • Requests stock and checks bar to monitor stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and station.
  • Follow safety rules.
  • Be able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood operations.
  • Prepare bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties.
  • Notify Supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
  • Notify Management of equipment problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
