About The Position

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Specialty Bartender to craft and serve amazing beverage orders, including classic cocktails and creative non-alcoholic concoctions. The role involves mastering signature drink recipes, serving drinks with style and energy, and operating the cash register. Maintaining a clean and inviting bar area, engaging with guests, and preparing requisitions for bar stock are also key responsibilities. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.

• Work the cash register like a pro—process transactions smoothly, keep your bank accurate, and handle the financial side with confidence.
• Keep the bar looking sharp and inviting by clearing used glasses, wiping down surfaces, restocking napkins, and maintaining a spotless workspace.
• Be the friendly face behind the bar—greet guests with genuine warmth and engage in great conversations that make their experience memorable.
• Stay ahead of the game by preparing requisitions and orders for bar stock to keep supplies flowing.
• Keep the ice supply fresh and ready so you never miss a beat during service.
