About The Position

As a Specialty Associate, you will contribute to profitable sales growth by combining in-depth product knowledge and a passion for service to build clientele and meet sales goals. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, informing them about product attributes and protection plans, suggesting additional products, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will also partner with team members, address customer issues, promote loyalty programs, and assist with credit and gift card programs. Additionally, you will participate in inventory processes, merchandise transfers, and maintain a clean store environment. You will also support company shrink and safety initiatives and consistently meet performance standards, including the iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in finding products and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inform customers of key product attributes and care/protection plans to generate interest and suggest additional products.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity standards.
  • Partner with team members and actively listen to all customer issues.
  • Promote FindMore, assist with credit, reward, and gift card programs.
  • Engage customers to support the company's credit application process.
  • Participate in inventory process and all merchandise transfers, return to vendor/warehouse, defective merchandise.
  • Maintain sales floor recovery process to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Complete pricing and signing processes in specialty businesses.
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives.
  • Consistently meet established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) the company's iCAP program, products and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity and attendance.
