About The Position

Phileo Shared Services is seeking passionate, faith-driven faculty to join our mission of coming alongside Christian schools in the city of Philadelphia. We are looking for teachers to teach the following specials: Physical Education Art Music Spanish. Requirements

• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and solid understanding of the Word of God.
• Evidence of a godly lifestyle based on a commitment to Jesus Christ.
• A passion for Christian education, paired with a commitment to DC’s mission and alignment with biblical values.
• A relevant degree or expertise in PE, Art, or Music.
• A desire for professional growth and a spirit of collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Guide K–12th grade students to identify their talents within a supportive Biblical framework.
• Help students pursue areas of interest—whether on the court, in the studio, or through song—while modeling Christ-like character.
• Collaborate with faculty across schools to ensure urban Christian education remains a vibrant, high-quality choice for Philadelphia families.
