As a specialized financing and banking solutions advisor, you help serve, solicit and develop and maintain personalized business relationships with mass-affluent and high-net-worth members of the specialized wealth management network. You develop personalized strategies and offer banking products and services. You serve as a debt management and financing expert advisor. You offer financial services and provide advice on savings, investments and everyday financial transactions. You work closely with the wealth manager and the business centre manager, serving as a partner and supporting business relationships with clients. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You offer premium support to members and clients. You make recommendations to ensure the full satisfaction of members and clients and to support business growth. You drive results by ensuring sound risk and compliance management, and compliance with practices and policies. You serve as an expert in your line of work, mentoring and coaching members of your team. You are attentive to member/client needs. You act on opportunities and advise and assist members and clients to help them get the most out of new technology and distribution channels. You are mindful of their interests and satisfaction.
