The DORS and Special Projects Coordinator will provide advanced subject matter expertise and primary supervision of the DORS employment program and serve as the main contact for DORS. The incumbent will provide individualized job development and placement services, on-the job training (job coaching) and drop-in employment support services to an assigned caseload. The incumbent assures activities are responsive to employment outcome goals established by the individual and their team and plays an integral role in assisting individuals with disabilities to successfully maintain community placement. The incumbent will also provide administrative support to the Project EM program and other special projects as needed.
