This position provides expertise and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring consistency and adherence to organizational policies and employment laws. The EC leads and supports disciplinary processes, investigations, terminations, and appeals, while also serving as a representative for unemployment, EEOC-related and legal claims. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion.
