About The Position

The Specialist, Web & Digital Platforms plays a key role in the management, optimization, and evolution of the Firm's digital ecosystem. The role serves as both a hands-on contributor and advisor, providing guidance on digital platforms, content architecture, AI, accessibility, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and support the Firm's long-term digital roadmap. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, the Specialist helps shape scalable digital solutions, content models, workflows, and governance standards that support the Firm's digital strategy. Initially, the role will focus on gaining a strong understanding of the Firm's digital platforms, content workflows, governance standards, and operational processes before taking on broader responsibilities related to platform optimization, digital initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience supporting websites, digital platforms, CMS technologies, or digital experience solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Contentful, Drupal, Sitecore, DAM, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of content modeling, metadata, taxonomy, content governance, and structured content.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, platform integrations, APIs, and digital ecosystem management.
  • Knowledge of SEO, enterprise search, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting CMS implementations, content migrations, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support platform configurations, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Execute and oversee content updates, ensuring adherence to governance, quality, accessibility, and brand standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to identify opportunities for platform improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support intake, prioritization, and execution of web and digital requests.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions that enhance digital capabilities and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to headless CMS architecture, composable digital experiences, and multichannel content delivery.
  • Support the design and implementation of structured content and reusable content components.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including platform modernization and content operations improvements.
  • Recommend improvements to content structure, tagging, taxonomy, and user journeys.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve accessibility, usability, and overall content effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on evolving AI, search, and content discovery trends and identify opportunities for adoption.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on digital best practices, content governance, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Support discussions related to content architecture, digital experience, governance, and platform strategy.
  • Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
