The Trafficking Specialist owns the trafficking, QA, and execution coordination of paid media creative assets across channels. This role partners with internal marketing, execution teams, and agency partners to ensure campaigns launch accurately, on time, and aligned to business objectives. This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to connect campaign strategy and execution needs across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Paid Media Asset Trafficking Own trafficking of paid media assets across all channels for both Kay and Peoples. Ensure campaign assets are organized, accurate, aligned to channel needs, and trafficked correctly by launch timelines. Support asset updates, creative swaps, and trafficking changes throughout the campaign lifecycle. Trafficking Workbook Accuracy & QA Ensure trafficking workbooks are completed accurately by validating campaign strategy, asset details, messaging, linking, timing, and placement requirements before execution. Identify missing, incorrect, or unclear trafficking inputs and follow up with the appropriate partners to resolve them. Support consistent handoff of information from planning partners to execution teams. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Media Managers, Brand Marketing, and agency teams to support campaign readiness. Manage campaign timelines, trafficking calendars, workflow documentation, and follow-ups to keep deliverables on schedule. Support process improvement initiatives that make trafficking workflows more efficient, transparent, and scalable. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization Support Support media managers by updating trafficking instructions when promotional calendars or brand messaging changes impact campaign execution. Assist in troubleshooting reporting discrepancies and platform issues.
