About The Position

The CA Cash Application Team is responsible for supporting the cash application process for insurance payments related to Pharmacy and Optical operations. This role involves loading deposits, reviewing remittance data, and applying payments through the Accounts Receivable (AR) system, SAP, or the Cash Sync platform. The team serves as the first line of defense in identifying payment issues, such as short pays, denials, or clawbacks. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

Requirements

• Must be proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Loading and reconciling daily deposits for Pharmacy and Optical insurance payments.
• Reviewing and interpreting remittance data to ensure accurate application of payments.
• Applying payments using AR systems, SAP, and Cash Sync platforms.
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, including short pays, denials, and clawbacks.
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment issues.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all cash application activities.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
