The Specialist - Technology Logistics Support role is required for day-to-day support of equipment in the logistics environment. This role is also responsible for receiving, tracking, and resolving L1 Service Desk requests and incidents, submitted by customers via walk-up or systematically. This role assists with the installation of new systems and services as required. Monitor Data center alarms and co-ordinate with 3rd Party, SSC and Global Technology for maintenance.
