Nationwide is seeking a Specialist, Technology Engineer (Identity Access Management) to support the ISGA team with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering, application onboarding, provisioning automation, governance controls, and production support. This is a specialist engineering role for a candidate who brings strong IdentityIQ, IAM, and development skills and can help improve identity lifecycle services, access governance, audit readiness, and platform reliability. The role supports Nationwide’s internal identity environment, including internal human identities, non-human identities, shared IDs, and secondary IDs. The engineer will work across IdentityIQ platform support, integrations, automation, troubleshooting, governance, and modernization efforts while partnering with product, operations, and application teams. You’re also accountable for the operational aspects and management for the above products in accordance with the business requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
