This role supports Walmart’s Canada Network by providing exceptional bilingual (French and English) associate and business partner support through effective incident resolution, proactive troubleshooting, and strategic service improvements while aligning with Walmart’s values of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity.   • Troubleshooting complex technical issues using advanced tools and knowledge
  • Supporting continuous improvement by analyzing trends in escalations
  • Collaborating with teams to optimize solutions
  • Utilizing ServiceNow to manage and track requests effectively.
