About The Position

This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes to support both hourly and salaried hiring needs at Tate’s. The Specialist, Talent Management TA Advisor partners with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire talent while ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate’s experience aligned with business priorities. The role manages end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and supply chain roles — from hourly frontline to salaried positions. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions. Additionally, the role supports contractor onboarding and conversions, maintains applicant tracking systems, and tracks hiring metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing environments, including hourly frontline and salaried positions.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1–3 years of progressive work-related experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience hiring for both hourly and salaried roles.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles at Tate’s.
  • Source, screen and assess candidates to ensure quality hires.
  • Facilitate interview processes and coordinate hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring best practices.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate scheduling, interviews and offer processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates.
  • Support contractor onboarding and conversion processes.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage contractor pipelines.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment data up to date.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition metrics on Labor Scorecard.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
  • Support onboarding activities in partnership with Tate's HR Coordinator.
