This role is responsible for supporting the design and execution of Global leadership and employee development portfolios, including succession planning, mentoring, coaching, assessment, team effectiveness initiatives, supporting the execution of solutions that foster employee growth and career progression. It contributes organizing data, frameworks, governance and rituals that address talent risks and workforce readiness. The position also support the implementation of mitigation actions to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline. The role partners with Talent leaders and specialists, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions that build critical capabilities and reinforce desired behaviors across both professional and leadership levels.
