Specialist, Systems Engineering - Smart Grid SCADA
About The Position
This position is responsible for providing application support to critical information systems utilized by Electrical Engineering and the Control Centers. This position is also responsible to design, implement, and maintain databases, displays, and applications related to the distribution automation systems and processes. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop enhancements, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate projects. Additional duties include GIS data review, automation scripting, cybersecurity compliance, and providing on-call support, contributing to the efficient and secure operation of electric utility systems. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
