As a Specialist, Systems Engineer, you will contribute to a diverse technical team on the NSTTC-O Range Control System (RCS) program, supporting the 98th Space Range Squadron under a SAFe 6.0 Agile Release Train. This position sits within the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, working alongside program leadership, subcontractor teams, and government stakeholders to deliver a mission-critical range control and data conditioning capability. In this role, you will own a portfolio of core systems engineering documentation and configuration control artifacts that anchor the technical baseline of the program — including the Interface Control Document (ICD), the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) model, and support to the Engineering Review Board (ERB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Discrepancy Review Board (DRB). You will work closely with the Chief Systems Engineer and cross-functional leads in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Operations (InfraSecOps), DevOps, Integration and Test (DIT), Platform and Conditioning, as well as our Visualization team to keep interfaces, requirements, and the architectural model consistent, traceable, and audit-ready.
