Requirements

  • Familiarity with applicable military, government and commercial standards such as MIL-HDBK-217F, Telcordia SR-332, 217Plus™, MIL-HDBK-470, MIL-STD-882, NFPA70 and NAS 411.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical Engineering degrees.
  • Previous RAMS, Human Factors Engineering, FRACAS, Logistics Analysis including GEIA-STD-0007 and DoD experience.
  • Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, MS Office, Sharepoint, Relyence, Catia Cameo, Ansys Sherlock.
  • Strong math skills, particularly probability and statistics.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance and maintain eligibility requirements to access U.S. classified information.

Responsibilities

  • Performing RAMS hardware/software analyses, creating technical documentation and presenting results of these analyses.
  • Conducting Reliability Predictions, Maintainability Predictions, Reliability Modeling, Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), various Safety Analyses and other RAMS related activities.
  • Expanding knowledge and skills as required.
  • Working in a multidisciplinary engineering development environment, managing time and resources to support multiple concurrent programs.
  • Preparing and presenting technical data for internal and customer reviews.
