In our supply chain environment, the Accident Coordinator reviews collision files to ensure all required documentation submitted by the Safety Manager is complete and compliant, with strong attention to detail to prevent errors that could impact Driver Pay Incentives and FMCSA scores. The role partners closely with field leaders and other field stakeholders to ensure accurate data and timely follow-up. What you'll do... Audit and validate collision files for completeness and compliance, ensuring all required Field Safety Team documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Identify documentation gaps and data discrepancies, driving corrective actions that protect Driver Pay Incentives and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance. Partner with field leaders and safety stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, reinforce documentation standards, and maintain high data integrity. Maintain organized case records and tracking logs, providing clear status updates, escalations, and follow-through through file closure. Analyze recurring collision documentation errors and trends, recommending process improvements and targeted coaching to reduce rework and risk. What you’ll bring… Compliance & documentation management: Strong ability to interpret requirements and ensure every collision file is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Attention to detail / data accuracy: Meticulous review skills to catch errors that could impact Driver Incentives and FMCSA scores. Stakeholder partnership & communication: Builds strong working relationships with field leaders and safety partners to resolve gaps quickly and align on standards. Issue resolution & follow-through: Proactively identifies discrepancies, drives corrective actions, and closes files on time. Organization & tracking: Manages multiple cases, maintains clean records, and provides clear status updates and escalations. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… Minimum of 1 year experience in transportation, supply chain, or field safety operations, including incident/collision documentation or case management. Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT compliance requirements and safety performance metrics (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly). Proven strength in documentation auditing and data accuracy, with a high attention to detail. Proficiency with Quick Base file/case tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, or similar workflow systems). Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience partnering with field leaders to drive timely, accurate documentation.
