About The Position
Role Overview: We are seeking a Specialist Platform Engineering – Hyper automation Platforms to join our HAI Platforms group within the Digital Foundation division under the Global Technology Organization. In this role, you will: Support platform team in maintaining compliance posture across all tool sets in the platform. Support SOX and GxP audit teams. Support platform risk assessment exercises. Support platforms change request management. Support development of platform requirements. This is a hands-on business analysis role with opportunity to grow your technical knowledge, contribute to platform standards and best practices, and help evolve BPM capabilities across the enterprise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Understanding of Appian, Celonis and UiPath tool sets.
- Understanding of BPMN notation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in supporting IT SOX audits.
- Two years of experience in supporting GxP CAPA deviation process.
Responsibilities
