Salesforce Developer An exciting opportunity to work on the World’s #1 CRM Salesforce. We are looking for specialist developer to work on the Salesforce application as well as other emerging technologies, specifically API development. As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

Requirements

  • Java development or Salesforce Development experience with Apex and building Lightning Components
  • Experience with SOAP and REST based services.
  • Highly motivated individual willing to learn and participate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.
  • Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of quality IT solutions
  • Coach less experienced developers through best practices, tools, and consistent processes
  • Identify and lead DevOps journey focused on automation and increasing speed and while maintaining quality
  • Contributes to large scale salesforce implementations
  • Supports external deployment process
  • Troubleshoots and provides solutions to software development problems
  • Demonstrate the ability to foster business relationships and possess good communication skills
  • Drive and build line performance to deliver high-quality solutions by eliminating waste and fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Continuously improve software delivery capabilities and build it run it adoption by collaborating and coaching within line.
  • Willing to polyskill and learn other technologies
  • Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
  • Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
  • Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
  • Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
