About The Position

Manages content creation, monitoring, and engagement across all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful audience interactions. Develops and manages strategic content calendars and visual plans to align with brand identity and increase audience engagement across platforms. Creates diverse, data-informed visual and written content—including infographics, videos, and social media posts—to boost visibility and drive inbound traffic. Collaborates with internal teams and media relations to amplify brand messaging, promote social responsibility initiatives, and support thought leadership. Monitors performance metrics and trends to optimize content strategies, encourage organizational participation, and influence public perception. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience with functional role responsibilities
  • Experience developing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies in support of business goals.
  • Experience in consulting and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using communication principles in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional management and leadership competency and experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Spanish and English)
  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media and metrics data analysis for optimization is preferred.
  • Experience working in the energy or utilities sector is preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions
  • High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions
