About The Position

This position resides within the Social Media Team (Orlando) and is responsible for assisting with the reporting and workflows for earned and paid media platforms. The primary objective of this role is to provide reporting and listening support for the social media brand accounts. They also will provide support for ideation and moderation. The role will need to be on intimate terms with the inner workings of all major social platforms and know how to fashion reports within tools such as Sprinklr. Ideal candidates must have a passion for social media, an understanding of current platforms and be familiar with social media as both a brand and engagement tool.
