About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist to own and scale our paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with marketing leadership to drive qualified leads, manage ad spend, and continuously optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram required)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, tracking)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make improvements
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets ($25K–$100K+)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Understanding of what makes effective ad creative
  • Strong communication skills and ability to report on performance clearly
  • Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google LSA, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (build, optimize, and scale)
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, etc.) and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
  • Manage budgets across multiple product lines (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)
  • Run A/B tests to improve performance across audiences, creatives, and offers
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership
  • Identify and fix underperforming campaigns quickly
  • Stay up to date on platform changes and bring new ideas to improve results
  • Work with internal teams to ensure lead quality and track performance through to sales
