About The Position

Yazaki is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our TPNO Mazda Sales team in Canton, MI. The Sales Specialist reports to the sales manager and supports account managers in daily activities as needed. Primary responsibilities include leading the Service parts and Trial parts sales tasks, including establishing pricing, quote tracking and PO verification, and maintaining pricing in internal systems. Customer interface including leading open issues meetings, PO reconciliation, accounts receivable issue tracking and resolution. Main window for customer portal document distribution, including RFQ’s, PO’s, Sourcing Letters, Supplier Communications, Surveys. Work closely with cross functional teams – Program Management, Finance, Production Control, Design. Maintain sales electronic file folders and miscellaneous trackers. Roles may change and evolve based on department needs and developmental opportunities based on experience and skill level. Strong computer skills (excel) and ability to learn internal systems for pricing maintenance and quoting.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Interface for Service and Trial Parts
ToyotaSupplier.com portal – distribution of key documents to appropriate stakeholders on a daily basis
Establish pricing for service and trial parts quotations
Enter and maintain pricing in internal systems
Maintain tracking logs
Attend internal and customer meetings related to Service parts and Trial parts
Resolve pricing issues, including accounts receivable issues with Finance team
Support other projects, tasks, and/or duties as assigned
May support the Account Manager in the following activities: VA – tracking, entry into customer portal, Tooling - tracking, Special projects as needed
