About The Position

This role is responsible for greeting guests arriving for sales presentations or general inquiries at the sales gallery. The Specialist Sales Front Desk ensures guests are comfortable, offers refreshments, and assigns them to the appropriate Sales Executive. This position also involves tracking guest information, managing tour availability, reconciling leads, and communicating updates to the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, the role includes contacting preview package customers to confirm details, providing personal planning services, and ensuring accuracy across multiple computer systems. The position also requires adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the gallery.

Requirements

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

  • Familiarity with multiple computer systems for cross-referencing information and reservations.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests arriving for scheduled sales presentations or general inquiries.
  • Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments.
  • Assign guests to the appropriate Sales Executive and track line rotation.
  • Award premiums to guests upon completion of sales presentations and track delivery.
  • Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and stock of hospitality items in common gallery areas.
  • Manage input and management of direct tours and sales wave availability, including bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Ensure reconciliation of package and direct tour leads in the computer system.
  • Communicate updated tour availability to Sales Front Desk, Marketing Executives, and/or Tour Brokers.
  • Contact preview package customers via telephone to confirm arrival dates and set expectations for their visit.
  • Provide personal planning services such as arranging dining reservations, golf tee times, and activities.
  • Cross-reference information and reservations in multiple computer systems.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests with appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
